HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-181 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 09-181 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2009/2010 LOCAL STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION OVERLAY OF VARIOUS STREETS, PART 2, CONTRACT NO. 09-200, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2009/2010 Local Street Pavement Rehabilitation Overlay of Various Streets, Part 2, Contract No. 09-200, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
