FD 10-010 A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA CALIFORNIA, FOR THE ADOPTION OF CONFIRMING POLICIES REGARDING ANNEXATIONS OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INTO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS 85-1 AND 88-1 WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has established Community Facilities Districts to ensure adequate public safety to the citizens of the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga established Community Facilities Districts 85-1 and 88-1 for the purpose of providing adequate public safety financing and services by requiring the annexation of residential, commercial and industrial property; and WHEREAS, the previous policy of Community Facilities Districts 85-1 and 88-1 was to annex residential tentative tract maps and exempt tentative parcel maps and new single-family construction for annexation; and WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council by adoption of this resolution affirms the current staff policy requiring the annexation of tentative parcel maps of 4 lots or less and new single-family construction into Community Facilities Districts 85-1 and 88-1, and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the Community Facilities district policy is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under Section 15061 b(3). NOW THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD HEREBY RESOLVES, that the said previous policy of Community Facilities Districts 85-1 and 88-1 is changed to confirm the staff policy to annex tentative parcel maps of 4 lots or less and new single-family construction into Community Facilities Districts 85-1 and 88-1.
