A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
HELLMAN AVENUE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION AND
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FROM 19TH STREET TO HILLSIDE
ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 11-156 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Hellman Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation and Street
Improvements from 19th Street to Hillside Road, Contract No. 11-156, has been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District hereby resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
