HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-003 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 12-003 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ILLUMINATED STREET NAME SIGN REPLACEMENT — PHASE 2 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Illuminated Street Name Sign Replacement — Phase 2 have been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Services Director; and WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is complete. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the Public Works Services Director is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
