A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
SALARY SCHEDULES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012/13.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
has determined that it is necessary for the efficient operation and management of the District
that policies be established prescribing salary ranges, benefits and holidays and other policies
for employees of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
has previously adopted salary resolutions that established salary ranges, benefits and other
terms of employment for employees of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
recognizes that it is necessary from time to time to amend the salary resolution to accommodate
changes in position titles, classifications salary ranges, benefits and other terms of employment;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Rancho
Cucamonga Fire Protection District, Rancho Cucamonga, California to approve the attached
salary schedules for the Fire Management Employees Group, Fire Support Services Association
and Fire Union.
