State law prohibits the City Council from addressing any fusee not previously
included on the Agenda. The City Cuuneil any receive tescimosy and set the
nutter for a subsequent meeting. Cosseents are to be limited to five minutes per
individual.

NATTERS AS PROVIDED BY MIR PROVISIOUS OF LAP
UHCEM. a general municipal election was bald and conductad in the
City of Raacho Cucamonga, California, ou Tuesday, November S. 1988, as required
by law; and
UHSRBAB, notice of the election woo duly and regularly given in tine.
form and manner as prrnided by lawt that voting precincts were properly
established; that alaction officers were appointed and that in all respects the
election was hold and conducted and the votes were cast, received and canvassed
and the returns made and docicrod in time, form and meaner as required by the
provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California for rho holding of
alections in cities; and
UItERVS. the Registrar of Voters of the County of San Bernardino
canvassed the roturna of the election and has certified the results to this

holding of state and county elections.

purpoao of olecting the following officars and for and against the measure of
said City as required by the laws relating to cities in the State of
California, to Witt

years;

parson elected the Oath of Office prescribed in vba Stet* Constitution of the
