A RESOLUTION OF THE FIRE BOARD OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
REMEDIATION AND DEMOLITION SERVICES FOR THE
PROPERTIES AT 9547 AND 9561 SAN BERNARDINO ROAD,
CONTRACT NO. FD13-010, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF
A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Remediation and Demolition Services for the Properties at 9547
and 9561 San Bernardino Road, Contract No. FD13-010, has been completed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Fire Board of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.

Protection District, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced for first reading
by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District at a Regular Meeting
of the said Board held on the 201" day of November 2013, and was finally passed, approved, and
adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District at a Regular
Meeting of said Board held on the 4" day of December 2013.
