A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR ETIWANDA MASTER PLAN STORM DRAIN
IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO PARCEL MAP 19448 AND
DRC2013-00155
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19448 and DRC2013-00155, submitted by
MIG/Hogle-Ireland for Goodman Rancho SPE, LLC, consisting of 2 lots and 2 industrial
warehouse buildings, located at the southwest corner of Arrow Route and Etiwanda Avenue, were
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on November 13, 2013;
and
WHEREAS, Goodman Rancho SPE, LLC, as developer, wishes to construct the off-
site master plan storm drain in advance of frontage improvements and map recordation; and
WHEREAS, the requirements established as prerequisite to issuance of a construction
permit have now been met by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable
Improvement Security by said developer.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk attest.
