A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE DISTRICT AND THE FIRE MANAGEMENT
EMPLOYEE GROUP RELATIVE TO WAGES, BENEFITS AND
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2014/15, 2015/16 AND 2016/17.
A. RECITALS
Representatives of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District("District': hereinafter)
and the Fire Management Employee Group have met and conferred pursuant to the
provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (California Government Code §3500, et seq.)
with regard to wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.
Representatives of the District and the Fire Management Employee Group have agreed
upon and presented to this Board a Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to the Fire
Management Employee Group effective, July 1, 2014 specifying the results of said meet
and confer process.
All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred.
B. RESOLUTION
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does hereby find, determine and
resolve as follows:
1. In all respects, as set forth in the Recitals, Part A of this Resolution.
2. The attached Memorandum of Understanding entered into by and between District
representatives and the Fire Management Employee Group representatives for Fiscal
Years 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/2017 effective July 1, 2014 hereby is approved and
ratified by the Board of Directors.
3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.

Regular Meeting of said Board held on the 51h day of March 2014.
