A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE DISTRICT AND RANCHO CUCAMONGA
FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 2274 RELATIVE TO WAGES, BENEFITS
AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2014/15, 2015/16 AND 2016/17.
A. RECITALS
Representatives of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District (District) and the
Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters Local 2274 (Union) have met and conferred pursuant to
the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (California Government Code §3500, et
seq.)with regard to wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.
Representatives of the District and the Union have agreed upon and present to this
Board a Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to the Union effective, July 1, 2014
specifying the results of said meet and confer process.
All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred.
B. RESOLUTION
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does hereby find, determine and
resolve as follows:
1. In all respects, as set forth in the Recitals, Part A of this Resolution.
2. The attached Memorandum of Understanding entered into by and between
District representatives and Union representatives for the period July 1, 2014
through June 30, 2017 effective July 1, 2014 is hereby approved and ratified by
the Board of Directors.
3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.

and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District, at a
Regular Meeting of said Board held on the 51h day of March 2014.
