A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR
PARCEL MAP 19448
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 19448, submitted by Goodman Rancho SPE LLC and
consisting of a subdivision of 74.74 acres of land into 2 parcels, located at the southwest corner
of Arrow Route and Etiwanda Avenue, was approved by the Planning Commission on
November 13, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 19448 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown
on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the installation
of public street improvements by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit by Goodman Rancho SPE LLC, as
developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities and
Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved
and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga and that said Parcel Map 19448 be and the same is hereby approved and
the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
