HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-112 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 14-112 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR PARCEL MAP 18904 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 18904, submitted by RC Laurel Properties, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company and consisting of a subdivision of an existing office building that is part of a large office complex into twelve (12) individual condominium units, located at the southwest corner of Laurel Street and Red Oak, within the Industrial Park Development District, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on July 24, 2013; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map 18904 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final parcel map by the City Council of said City have now been met by RC Laurel Properties, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as developer; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map 18904 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
