FD 14-044 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, WAIVING THE COLLECTION OF SPECIFIC FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15. A.RECITALS. (i)ln accordance with Resolution No. FD 13-032 and in conjunction with the development of the annual budget for fiscal year 2014-15,the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District conducted a review of current fees and charges. (ii)The budget for fiscal year 2014-15 has been approved in accordance with and as required by law. (iii) All legal prerequisites to adoption of this Resolution have occurred. &RESOLUTION. NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District hereby finds and resolves as follows: 1. The facts set forth in the Recitals, Part A of this Resolution, are true and correct. 2. The fees identified in Exhibit A were previously approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with all legal requirements for the adoption of fees for service. 3. For fiscal year 2014-15, there does not exist a fiscal need to collect the fees identified in Exhibit A. 4. Based on the foregoing, the Board of Directors hereby waives the collection of the fees identified in Exhibit A for fiscal year 2014-15. 5.
