A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,COUNTY
OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, MAKING AN
APPOINTMENT OF ITS REPRESENTATIVE(S) TO THE FIRE
AGENCIES INSURANCE RISK AUTHORITY(FAIRA)GOVERNING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District is a member agency of a Joint
Powers Authority(JPA)for purposes of providing general liability, property and vehicle insurances
and administration entitled the "Fire Agencies Insurance Risk Authority" (FAIRA); and
WHEREAS, the District is required from time to time to update its primary and alternate
representatives to the governing Board of Directors of FAIRA.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga
Fire Protection District does hereby appoint their primary and alternate representatives to the
Governing Board of the Fire Agencies Insurance Risk Authority as follows:
Primary: Deputy Fire Chief Don Cloughesy
Alternate: Fire Chief Mike Costello
