• A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLAN-
NING COMMISSION APPROVING SITE APPROVAL NO.
80-08 LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
ARCHIBALD AND SEVENTH STREET IN THE M-R ZONE.
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1980, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on June 11 , 1980, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RE-
SOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 : That the following findings have been made:
1 . That the site is adequate in size and shape.
2. That the site has adequate access.
3. That the proposed use will have no adverse
effect on abutting property.
• 4. That the proposed use is consistent with the
proposed General Plan.
5. That the conditions listed in this report are
necessary to protect the public health, safety,
comfort, convenience, and general welfare.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant adverse
impacts on the environment and a Negative Declaration is issued
on June 11 , 1980.
SECTION 3: That Site Approval No. 80-08 is approved subject to
the following conditions :
1 . That all provisions of the zoning ordinance
and all other applicable ordinances of the City
be complied with.
2. That no group instruction or seminars be held
prior to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
3: Periodic checks shall be conducted by the Staff
to determine if such use is causing problems,
at least every two months .
4. Approval of this request shall become null and
• void_ i,f building occupancy is not granted within
one-year from this approval .
• APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIS 11TH DAY OF JUNE , 1980.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning Com-
mission held on the 11th day of June, 1980, by the following vote, to-wit:
