A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONE CHANGE
NO. 8020 REQUESTING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING FROM
R-R TO R-1 FOR 10 ACRES LOCATED NORTH OF ARROW
HIGHWAY, EAST OF ARCHIBALD AT THE EASTERN
TERMINUS OF CERISE AND PLACER - ASSESSORS NO.
208-311-01.
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1980, an application
was filed and accepted on the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October, 1980, the Planning Commission
held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the
California Government Code.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made
the following findings :
1. That the subject property is suitable for the used permitted
in the proposed zone in terms of access , size, and compatibility
with existing land use in the surrounding area;
• 2. The proposed zone change would not have significant
impact on the environment nor the surrounding properties;
and
3. That the proposed zone change is in conformance with the
General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found
that this project will not create a significant adverse impact on the
environment and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on October
22, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California
Government Code, that the planning Commission of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends approval on the
22nd day of October, 1980, Zone Change No. 80-20.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City
Council approve and adopt Zone Change No. 80-20.
3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Comission shall
be forwarded to the City Council .

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 22nd day of October, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
