A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING SITE APPROVAL NO. 80-15
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL MEDICINE CENTER TO BE LOCATED
AT 9229 ARCHIBALD WITHIN THE M-R ZONE (ASSESSOR'S
PARCEL NO. 209-211-14).
WHEREAS, on October 13, 1980, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on November 12, 1980, the Planning Commission held a
duly advertised public hearing for the above described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the site is adequate in size and shape.
2. That the site has adequate access. -
3. That the proposed use will have no adverse
• effect on abutting property.
4. That the proposed use is consistent with the
General Plan.
5. That the conditions listed in this report are
necessary to protect the public health, safety,
comfort, convenience and general welfare.
SECTION 2: That Site Approval No. 80-15 is approved subject
to the following conditions:
1. That the user shall sign a statement indicating that
the use of a medical industrial clinic shall not
be expanded into a family practice. Such statement
shall be reviewed and approved by the City Planner.
2. That the Planning Commission may review the application
at any time the conditions of approval are not being
met or that the site becomes a problem in regard to
traffic or parking for the center.
3. Any signs proposed for this development shall be
designed in conformance with the Comprehensive Sign
Ordinance and shall require review and approval by
• the Planning Division prior to installation of such
signs.
II/ 4. That the development shall meet all State Department
of Health and Fire Marshall requirement.
5. Five parking spaces shall be located on the south
side of the building and shall be labeled "for
medical use only". Further, that at least two
handicapped spaces shall be provided as close to
the entrance of the building as possible.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1980.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission
held on the 12th day of November, 1980, by the following vote to-wit:
