• A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, CONDITIONALLY APPROVING THE
AMENDED MAP OF FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 11350
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 11350 hereinafter "Map" submitted by Lowy
Development Corporation, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real
property situated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as a residential development of 114 townhouse
dwellings on 10 acres of land, located on the northwest corner of Base Line
and Hermosa into 117 lots, regularly came before the Planning Commission for
public hearing and action on November 9, 1983 for modification of final map;
and
WHEREAS, the City Planner has recommended approval of the Map subject
to all conditions set forth in the Engineering and Planning Division 's
reports; and
WHEREAS, said map was conditionally approved by Resolution No. 80-66
on November 26, 1980, said conditions remain unchanged and in effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does resolve as follows:
• SECTION 1: The Planning Commission approves the modifications of the
final map based on the following findings:
(a) The final map is consistent with the General Plan
and specific plans;
(b) The design or improvements of the final map is
consistent with the General Plan and specific plans;
(c) The site is physically suitable for the type of
development proposed;
(d) The design of the subdivision is not likely to cause
substantial environmental damage and avoidable
injury to humans and wildlife or their habitat;
(e) The final map is not likely to cause serious public
health problems;
(f) The design of the final map will not conflict with
any easement acquired by the public at large, now of
record, for access through or use of the property
within the proposed subdivision.
SECTION 2: The Planning Commission approves the modification to
• final map 11350 and finds that all conditions contained in Resolution No.
80-66 for the tentative approval shall remain in full force and effect.

I, RICK GOMEZ, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 9th day of November, 1983, by the following vote-to-wit:
