A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 81-07 FOR THE OPERATION OF A REHIBILITATION
CENTER LOCATED WITHIN THE CUCAMONGA BUSINESS
PARK ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ARCHIBALD AND
ARROW IN THE M-1 ZONE.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April , 1981, a complete application
was filed by A. H. Reiter for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of April , 1981, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission
resolved as follows:
SECTION 1: That the above use is approved based upon the
following findings:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General Plan,
and the purposes of the zone in which the use is proposed;
and,
• 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the public
health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to
properties or improvements in the vicinity.
3. That the proposed use will comply with each of the applicable
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2: That Conditional Use Permit No. 81-07 is
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. That all City Code requirements be complied with.
2. The operation shall be strictly a day/outpatient center
for rehabilitation purposes.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 22nd day of April , 1981 by the following vote to-
