A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 82-04 FOR HALLMARK DANCE CENTER LOCATED
AT 9613 ARROW ROUTE, SUITE G IN THE GENERAL
INDUSTRIAL CATEGORY
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of March, 1982, a complete application
was filed by Carol Harder for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of April , 1982, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission
resolved as follows :
SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General
Plan, and the purposes of the zone in which the use
is proposed; and
• 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity; and
3. That the proposed use will comply with each of the
applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2: That Conditional Use Permit No. 82-04 is
approved subject to the following conditions :
1. If operation of the dance studio causes any adverse
affects upon abutting businesses or properties, this
item shall be brought before the Planning Commission
for reconsideration and possible revoction of said
permit.
2. All City Codes and Ordinances shall be complied with
at all times .
3. Noise attenuation for all interior walls shall be
provided to the satisfaction of the City Planner
• and the Building Official prior to final occupancy.

4. Class sizes on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
shall not exceed 12 students and one instructor.
5. This Conditional Use Permit shall be null and void
in the event of an ownership change or a significant
change in the studio operation. In either case, a
new Conditional Use Permit shall be obtained.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF APRIL, 1982.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 14th day of April , 1982, by the following vote-
to-wit:
