A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT 82-12
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02.100B of the Development
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission previously approved the
above-described project.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That prevailing economic conditions and interest
rates have caused a distressed market climate for
this project.
B. That the granting of said time extension will not be
detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare,
or materially injurious to properties or improvements
in the vicinity.
'1 C. That there has been no significant changes to the
y Land Use Element, Development Code, or character of
the area in which the project is located, that would
cause the approved project to become nonconforming or
inconsistent with current standards.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension for:

I, Rick Gomez , Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 11th day of January, 1984, by the following vote-to-wit:
