A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
82-12 LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHURCH AND
TURNER IN THE LOW RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 1984, a complete application was
filed by Ken Ledermann for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of June, 1984, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following can be met:
1. That the proposed project is consistent with the
objectives of the General Plan; and
2. That the proposed use is in accord with the
• objective of the Development Code and the purposes
of the district in which the site is located; and
3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of
the applicable provisions of the Development Code;
and
4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
SECTION 2: That Design Review for Conditional Use Permit 82-12 is
approved subject to the following conditions and attached Standard Conditions:
1. Compliance with all Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use
Permit 82-12 contained in Resolution 82-77.
