A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING AN EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
81-04 AND AN EXPANSION OF BUILDING AREA LOCATED AT 8158
VINEYARD AVENUE
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by the Vineyard National Bank
for a time extension and building expansion for the above-described project,
pursuant to Section 61.0219(o)8B of the Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a duly advertised public
hearing for the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission previously conditionally approved
the above-described project.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval
regarding expirations would not be inconsistent with
the intent of the Zoning Code.
• B. That the granting of said time extension or building
expansion will not be detrimental to the public
health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious
to properties or improvements in the vicinity.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension for the above-described project as follows:
Conditional Use Permit New Expiration Date
81-04 September 15, 1986
SECTION 3: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby amends
Resolution No. 81-33, Section 3, Condition No. 2 to read as follows:
2. If a permanent facility is desired on this site,
then appropriate plans must be submitted 3 months
prior to August 15, 1986, or at the time of
development review for any other portion of this
site (whichever comes first) . These plans shall
be reviewed and approved by the Planning
Commission and be under construction prior to the
new expiration of approval for the temporary
facility, including more precise plans for the
shopping center.
• APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF MAY, 1983.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 25th day of May, 1983, by the following vote-to-wit:
