A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION,
APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 10076
WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the
above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.401,11.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the
Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-
described tentative tract map.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a
distressed market climate for residential projects.
B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions
make it unreasonable to record the tentative tract map at
this time.
C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval
regarding expirations would not be consistent with the
. intent of the Development Code.
D. That the granting of said time extension will not be
detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or
materially injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a
time extension for:

I, Lauren M. Wasserman, Acting Secretary of the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 14th day of August, 1985, by the following vote-to-wit:
