A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE NO. 82-02 TO ENCROACH
TEN FEET INTO THE REQUIRED YARD FOR A ROOM ADDITION
AT 8621 LEMON AVENUE IN THE R-1-10,000 ZONE
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of August, 1982, an application was
filed and accepted on the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 1982, the Planning Commission
held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the
California Government Code.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made
the following findings :
1. That the granting of such variance will not be
materially detrimental to property in the
neighborhood or the use thereof.
2. That the granting of such variance will not
adversely affect in a material way the General
Plan or its objectives.
• 3. That there is exceptional and extraordinary
circumstances relative to lot depth and dwelling
placement that do not generally apply to other
properties in the same zone.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1982.

I , JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
