A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER
7666 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7666) , LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND TURNER AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 7666, submitted by Herbert
Hawkins and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the southeast corner of
Foothill Boulevard and Tuner Avenue, being a division of the north 325 feet of
the west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township
1 South, Range 7, West as recorded in Book 4, page 4, San Bernardino County;
and
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1982, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above-described Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, on December 8, 1982, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS:
• SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the map is consistent with the proposed General
Plan.
2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision is
consistent with the proposed General Plan.
3. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed development. •
4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will
not cause substantial environmental damage, public
health problems or have adverse affects on abutting
property.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant adverse
environmental impacts and a Negative Declaration is issued on December 8,
1982.
SECTION 3: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 7666 is approved subject to
the conditions of the City Engineer's Report pertaining thereto.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1982.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 8th day of December, 1982, by the following vote-to-wit:
