HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-46A - Resolutions • RESOLUTION NO. 83-46A A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 83-02 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 17.02.100 of the Development Code; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described project. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for residential projects. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to develop the project at this time. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval • regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Project Applicant Expiration DR 83-02 BARMAKIAN SEPTEMBER 23, 1985 APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1984.
