HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-48 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 83-48 • A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACTS 9619, 11549, 11577, 11781, 11793, 11797 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above- described projects, pursuant to Section 1.401.11.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described tentative tract maps. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for residential projects. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to record the tracts. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with • the intent of the Zoning Code. D. That the granting of said time extensions will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Tract Expiration 9619 December 10, 1984 11549 May 6, 1984 11577 November 26, 1984 11781 April 22, 1984 11793 April 22, 1984 11797 May 27, 1984 APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 1983.
