HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-62B - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 83-628 • A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE TIME EXTENSION FOR PARCEL MAP 6976 WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.501.8.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described tentative parcel map. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to build at this time. B. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Development Code. C. That there has been no significant changes to the character of the area in which the project is located • that would cause the project to become non-conforming or inconsistent with current standards. D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: Parcel Map Applicant Expiration 6976 B.C.G.
