Committee Action:
Review of parkway design.
The Committee recommended approval of the
proposed parkway design for Victoria Park
Lane. If poplars are not used in the
portions of the median already landscaped in
a similar treatment to the new proposal,
then poplars should be planted in these
areas to achieve a consistent planting
design.
Review of revised site plan and elevation.
The Committee recommended approval of
revised site plan, however revised elevation
needs additional detailing along the west,
south and north sides. Detailing consists
of increasing the cap, extending indention
along west elevation and changes to the
control facade.
Review of roof screen
The Committee recommended approval of the
extension of roof screen with condition that
the material be changed to stucco.
Review of revised color schemes.
Approved.
Review of building colors.
The Committee approved the proposed building
colors with the understanding that roofing
material will be wood shake.
Review of building elevation.
The Committee accepted Scheme "B" with the
one-story treatment to be repeated twice,
and required additional Committee review.
