A. Recitals.
(i) Sectic~ 54992 of the ~'Xu,-:'~rfC (3::x:]e ~ that prior to
levying a new fee cur increasing an ew~ting fee or service charge, local
agencies shall hold a public meeting at which oral or written presentations
may be made; and
(ii) Notice of the time and place of the meeting is to be called
fourteen days prior to the meeting to interested parties having previously
filed a written request for such notice; and
(iii) Ten days prior to the meeting, data indicatir~ the amount of
cost or estimated cost required to provide service for which the fee or
service charge is to be levied, shall be made available to the public; ara
(iv)
No valid request for mailed notice is c~ file with the City;
(v) Copies of the required data were made available in the City
Clerk's office to the public on July 20 1992 and
(vi)
All legal prerequisites to adoption of this Resolution have

Section 1.1 - Plan Review Fees:
(a)
When the valuation of proposed construction exDzcds one thousand
dollars, and a plan is rec~]~ed to be subnitted, a plan review
fee shall be paid to the Building Official at the time of
sukmLittal of plar~.
(b)
Plan review fees for haild/ngs and structures shall be equal to
seventy-five percent (75%) of the build/r~ permit fees set forth
in Section 1.0 herein.
(c)
Plan review fees for electrical, mechanical and plumbing w~rk
shall be equal to 25% of the total permit fee as set forth under

(d) Plan review fees for grad/r~ shall be as set forth in the

Following are curent fees for recreation activities and rentals. All
consumable costs are to be recovered.

Field Lights: O~,,encing in calendar year 1992 and curttiming until
amended by the City Council, each user group shall be charged fees equal to
fifty percent (50%) of the costs of electricity used to provide light to that
user group. This cbaruje shall be reviewed prior to the first date of each
year in which is is in effect subsequent to calendar year 1992.
Classes: Commencing in calendar year 1992, each user shall be char
fifty percent (50% of the median cost for similar classes in the cities of
Chino, Pbntarkl, Ontario, and Upland. Co~i~en~ing Jam,a~y 1, 1993, fees will be
char~ed ele hundred percent (100%) of the median cost for similar classes in
the cities of Chino, Fcrfcana, Ontario, and Upland. Notwithstanding the above
statement, suc~ fees shall re~ain static until required to be increased to
reach (100%) of median cost.
Workshops: C~ncing in calendar year 1992, each user shall be
charged fifty percent (50%) of the median cost for similar classes in the
