RESOLUTION NO. 84-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONE CHANGE NO. 83-08 REQUESTING
A CHANGE IN THE ZONING FROM MEDIUM TO LOW MEDIUM FOR 16.5
ACRES, LOCATED WEST OF CENTER AVENUE BETWEEN ARROW
HIGHWAY AND 26TH STREET - APN 209-091-10
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of November, 1983, an application was filed
and accepted on the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of January, 1984, the Planning Commission
held a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the
California Government Code.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses
permitted in the proposed zone in terms of access,
size, and compatibility with existing land use in
the surrounding area; and
2. That the proposed zone change would not have
. significant impact on the environment nor the
surrounding properties; and
3. That the proposed zone change is in conformance with
the General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has
found that this project will not create a significant adverse
impact on the environment and recommends issuance of a Negative
Declaration on January 11, 1984
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the
California Government Code, that the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
recommends approval on the 11th day of January,
1984, Zone Change No. 83-08.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the
City Council approve and adopt Zone Change No.
83-08.
3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission
shall be forwarded to the City Council .

Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 11th day of January, 1984, by the following vote-to-wit:
