A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 84-02 FOR A 350-400
BIRD AVIARY TO BE LOCATED AT 9110 CARRARI COURT IN THE
VERY LOW DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of February, 1984, a complete application was
filed by Lyndon Harp for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of April , 1984, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following cannot be met:
1. That the proposed project is consistent with the
objectives of the General Plan; and
2. That the proposed use is in accord with the
objective of the Development Code and the purposes
of the district in which the site is located; and
• 3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of
the applicable provisions of the Development Code;
and
4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
SECTION 2: The Planning Commission hereby denies Conditional Use
Permit 84-02.
