A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
REVISING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 84-27 FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A CARETAKER RESIDENCE LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF VINEYARD BETWEEN ARROW AND NINTH STREET IN
THE INDUSTRIAL SPECIFIC PLAN (SUBAREA 1) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October, 1984, a complete application was
filed by Pfister for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of November, 1984, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General
Plan, the objectives of the Development Code, and
the purposes of the district in which the site is
located.
• 2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
3. That the proposed use complies with each of the
applicable provisions of the Development Code.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment and that a Negative Declaration was issued on September 26, 1984.
SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 84-27 is approved
subject to the conditions contained within Planning Commission Resolution 84-
104 and the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Conditional Use Permit shall be
subject to prior approval of the architectural and
landscape plans by the Design Review Committee.
2. Floor plans of the building shall be submitted to
the Fire District for review prior to occupancy.

• 3. All of the above conditions of approval , including
those contained within Planning Commission
Resolution 84-104, shall be completed prior to
occupancy.
4. The applicant shall contact the Building and Safety
Division and Engineering Division regarding the
submittal of appropriate plans and obtaining
necessary permits prior to operation of use.
5. Approval shall expire, unless extended by the
Planning Commission, if approved use has not
commenced within twelve (12) months from the date of
approval , per Conditions of Approval .

Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 28th day of November, 1984, by the following vote-to-wit:
