A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, WAIVING THE COLLECTION OF
SPECIFIC FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-16.
A. RECITALS.
(i) In accordance with Resolution No. FD 13-032 and in conjunction with the development of
the annual budget for fiscal year 2015-16, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District
conducted a review of current fees and charges.
(ii) The budget for fiscal year 2015-16 has been approved in accordance with and as
required by law.
(iii) All legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred.
B. RESOLUTION.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District hereby finds and resolves as follows:
1. The facts set forth in the Recitals, Part A of this Resolution, are true and correct.
2. The fees identified in Exhibit A were previously approved by the Board of Directors in
accordance with all legal requirements for the adoption of fees for service.
3. For fiscal year 2015-16, there does not exist a fiscal need to collect the fees identified in
Exhibit A.
4. Based on the foregoing, the Board of Directors hereby waives the collection of the fees
identified in Exhibit A for fiscal year 2015-16.
5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
