A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING PARCEL MAP NUMBER
9084 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9084) , LOCATED NORTH OF
ALMOND STREET, WEST OF BIG TREE ROAD
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9084, submitted by Forecast
Mortgage Corporation and consisting of 1 parcel , located north of Almond
Street, west of Big Tree Road, being a division of a portion of the southeast
1/4 of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Book and
Maps in the County of San Bernardino, State of California; and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 1985, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above-described Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, on May 8, 1985, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings cannot be made:
• 1. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed development.
2. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will
not cause substantial environmental damage, public
health problems or have adverse affects on abutting
property.
SECTION 2: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 9084 is hereby denied.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF MAY, 1985.

regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
