A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL FOR TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 11549
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 11549 hereinafter "Map" submitted by
Lewis Homes of California, applicant, for the purpose of subdividing the real
property situated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as a residential subdivision of 52 acres
located on the southwest corner of Summit & East Avenues into 90 lots,
regularly came before the Planning Commission for public hearing and action on
May 6, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Community Development has recommended
approval of an amendement to the Conditions of Approval of the Map subject to
all conditions set forth in the Engineering and Planning Division's reports;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has read and considered the
Engineering and Planning Division's reports and has considered other evidence
presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Planning Commission makes the following findings in
regard to Tentative Tract No. 11549 and the Map thereof:
(a) The tentative tract is consistent with the General
Plan, Development Code, and specific plans;
(b) The design or improvements of the tentative tract is
consistent with the General Plan, Development Code,
and specific plans;
(c) The site is physically suitable for the type of
development proposed;
(d) The design of the subdivision is not likely to cause
substantial environmental damage and avoidable
injury to humans and wildlife or their habitat;
(e) The tentative tract is not likely to cause serious
public health problems;
(f) The design of the tentative tract will not conflict
with any easement acquired by the public at large,
now of record, for access through or use of the
property within the proposed subdivision.

SECTION 2: The Conditions of Approval for Tentative Tract Map No.
11549, a copy of which is attached hereto, are hereby amended as follows:
1. Conditions "E-9" of the Standard Conditions of Resolution 81-64
and "Section 3-6" of Resolution 81-17A requiring
Development/Design Review approval prior to recordation of the
map shall be deleted.
2. A new Condition of Approval shall be added as follows: Any
future plans for tract development shall require an application
for Development/Design Review approval prior to issuance of
building permits.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1985.

of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission held on the 14th day of August, 1985, by the following vote-to-wit:
