A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING REVISED ELEVATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO.
84-52 LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTHILL
BOULEVARD AND HELMS IN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of November, 1984, a complete application
was filed by Eva Sloan for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, a conflict with the Uniform Building Code necessitated
changes to the original elevations; and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of August, 1985, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above revised elevations;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following can be met:
1. That the proposed project is consistent with the
objectives of the General Plan; and
2. That the proposed use is in accord with the
objective of the Development Code and the purposes
of the district in which the site is located; and
3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of
the applicable provisions of the Development Code;
and
4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
SECTION 2: That Design Review of revised elevations for Development
Review 84-52 is approved subject to the original Conditions of Approval
contained within Resolution 85-34.
1. Any changes or modifications to the design
elevations will require additional review by the
Planning Commission.
2. All exterior materials shall be as approved by the City
Planner prior to issuance of building permits.

3. A revised landscaping and irrigation plan shall be
submitted which includes trellis and appropriate
plant material along the east elevation.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1985.

Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 28th day of August, 1985, by the following vote-to-wit:
