A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER
9318 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9318) LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF HAVEN AVENUE AND 7TH STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9318, submitted by Martin
Marietta Corp. and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the northwest corner of
Haven Avenue being a division of a portion of Lot 2, Tract No. 2203, as
recorded in Map Book 34, Page 65; and
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1985, a formal application was submitted
requesting review of the above-described Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1985, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing for the above-described map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVED AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the map is consistent with the General Plan.
2. That the improvement of the proposed subdivision is
consistent with the General Plan.
3. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed development.
4. That the proposed subdivision and improvements will
not cause substantial environmental damage, public
health problems or have adverse affects on abutting
property.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant adverse
environmental impacts and a Negative Declaration is issued on September 25,
1985.
SECTION 3: That Tentative Parcel Map No. 9318 is approved subject to
the recommended Conditions of Approval pertaining thereto.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985.

I, Jack Lam, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 25th day of September, 1985, by the following vote-to-wit:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: REMPEL, BARKER, CHITIEA, MCNIEL, STOUT
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
