A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 85-04F, AMENDING THE LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a duly advertised public
hearing to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment 85-
04F.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby makes
the following findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: The General Plan Land Use Map shall be amended as
follows:
From Heavy Industrial to General Industrial on approximately 45.6
acres of land located on the east side of Rochester Avenue, south
side of Arrow Highway, west side of the Devore Freeway, north of the
AT & SF railroad tracks - APN: 229-121-01, 14, 19, 21-28.
SECTION 3: A Negative Declaration is hereby recommended for
adoption by the City Council for this General Plan Amendment, based upon the
completion and findings of the Initial Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission does hereby recommend approval of General Plan Amendment 85-04F to
the City Council .

I, Jack Lam, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 25th day of September, 1985, by the following vote-to-wit:
