A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR TRACT NO. 11853 LOCATED ON
THE N/S OF 19TH STREET AT RAMONA IN THE MEDIUM
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of March, 1985, a complete application was
filed by Daly Construction for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of October, 1985, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following can be met:
1. That the proposed project is consistent with the
objectives of the General Plan; and
2. That the proposed use is in accord with the
objective of the Development Code and the purposes
of the district in which the site is located; and
3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of
the applicable provisions of the Development Code;
and
4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
SECTION 2: That Design Review for Tract 11853 is approved subject
to the following conditions:
1. Slate colored flat concrete tile shall be the
required roofing material for all building
elevations.
2. Variation to the exterior colors shall be provided
to reduce the monotony of a single color scheme. A
minimum of three variable exterior color schemes
shall be provided.
3. A final detailed acoustical analysis shall be
submitted with the construction drawings to indicate
mitigation measures necessary to achieve interior
noise levels of 45 CNEL and 65 CNEL for exterior
areas including balconies. All construction

documents shall be consistent with the acoustical
recommendations prior to issuance of permits. The
final design and construction details including
configuration and use of materials shall be
indicated in the working drawings subject to the
review and approval by the Planning Division prior
to issuance of permits.
4. All pertinent conditions of approval for Tentative
Tract 11853, as contained in Resolution 81-128,
shall be adhered to.

City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
