A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ANNEXATION
AGREEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND THE CARYN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
KAUFMAN AND BROAD LAND COMPANY, AND MARLBOROUGH
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN RELATION TO THE PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN THE EXTENSION OF BANYAN AVENUE
AND HIGHLAND AVENUE ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH, AND BETWEEN
THE EXTENSION OF ROCHESTER AVENUE AND MILLIKEN AVENUE ON
THE EAST AND WEST
WHEREAS, the City and owners are parties to an Annexation Agreement,
dated December 19, 1984 and recorded in the official records of San Bernardino
County on March 4, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City and owners are parties to a Development Agreement,
dated March 20, 1985 and recorded in the official records of San Bernardino
County on March 29, 1985; and
WHEREAS, as part of the City's development approval , the City has
approved Tentative Tract Maps 12642 and 12643; and
WHEREAS, the City and owners desire to amend the Annexation and
Development Agreement as outlined in the attached amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby recommend approval of the amendment to the City
Council . The issuance of a Negative Declaration is also recommended.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1986.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 12th day of February, 1986, by the following vote-to-wit:
