02, AMENDING SECTION 17.04.070 PERTAINING TO TEMPORARY
USES OF THE DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ORDINANCE 211.
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of June, 1986, the Planning Commission held
a duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds it necessary to revise the
Development Code requirements pertaining to temporary uses.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
1. That the Amendment is warranted to permit the

surrounding development.

not have significant impact on the environment; and
3. That the proposed Development Code Amendment is in
conformance with the goals and policies of the
General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that
this project will not create significant adverse impact on the environment and
recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on June 11, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the
California Government Code, that the Planning
