F. In the event District paramedics choose to de-certify fi.om the program, they understand the District will review, consider and utilize its best efforts to accommodate such a request. District paramedics further understand the District will not jeopardize the Paramedic Program to meet their request, and recognize that the determination of operational needs and staffing levels for the District's ALS Program is made solely and exclusively by the District. G. The District may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, return District paramedics to their existing non-paramedic classification at any time "FOR CAUSE."
