A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR FUEL TANKS AND
DRIVEWAY FOR FIRE STATION NO. 172
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Fuel Tanks and
Driveway for Fire Station No. 172 Project have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1996.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted by the Board of
Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District, at a regular meeting of said Board
held on the 3rd day of April, 1996.
