A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO CONDITION NO. 1 OF PLANNING
FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 13057, THE WILLIAM LYON COMPANY,
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MILLIKEN AVENUE AND
THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July, 1986, an amendment was filed by The
William Lyon Company, for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of July, 1986, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the amendment to Condition No. 1 of Planning for
Tentative Tract 13057 shall read as:
Prior to recordation of Tract 13057, all Conditions of Approval
applicable to and imposed upon Tentative Tract 13022 shall be
complied with, with the exception of off-site improvements which
shall be completed prior to the homeowner occupancy of the first unit
within this Tract.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 23rd day of July, 1986, by the following vote-to-wit:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: REMPEL, MCNIEL, CHITIEA, STOUT
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: BARKER
