RESOLUTION NO. 86-129
A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW OF ADDITIONAL FLOOR PLANS FOR
TRACT 12670 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BASE LINE ROAD,
EAST OF SPRUCE AVENUE WITHIN THE TERRA VISTA PLANNED
COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of August, 1986, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above-described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following can be met:
1. That the proposed project is consistent with the
objectives of the General Plan; and
2. That the proposed use is in accord with the
objective of the Development Code and the Terra
Vista Community Plan and the purposes of the
district in which the site is located; and
3. That the proposed use is in compliance with each of
the applicable provisions of the Development Code
and the Terra Vista Community Plan; and
4. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
SECTION 2: That Design Review for Tract 12670 is approved subject to
the following conditions:
1. This approval is only for the addition of two new
house plans, i .e. Models 1-184 and 1-186 to the
three existing house plans approved for the "Oxford"
Series adopted with the approval of Tentative Tract
12670 by the Planning Commission per Resolution No.
85-32.
2. All Conditions of Approval for Tentative Tract 12670
per Resolution 85-32 shall remain applicable with
this approval for Design Review.
3. All new house plans shall be plotted in such a
manner as to be in conformance with all conditions
of the approved tentative tract, and shall meet all
minimum setback requirements.

4. Detailed site development plans including but not
limited to, plot plans and architectural plans shall
be submitted for the review and approval of the City
Planner prior to issuance of any building permits.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1986.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 27th day of August, 1986, by the following vote-to-wit:
