A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 86-18 FOR A
CONVENIENCE MARKET LOCATED AT 9032 ARCHIBALD IN THE
GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of August, 1986, a complete application was
filed by Hasan A. Abdel Jaber for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of August, 1986, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General
Plan, the objectives of the Development Code, and
the purposes of the district in which the site is
located.
2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity.
3. That the proposed use complies with each of the
applicable provisions of the Development Code.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on August 27, 1986.
SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 86-18 is approved
subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with all
applicable City Ordinances, Foothill Fire District requirements
and Public Health Codes.
2. Trash shall be deposited in the central trash receptacle
provided on-site, and the site shall be clean and free of trash
at all times.
3. The market may operate between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
daily.
4. Interior alterations, wiring or plumbing will require proper
permits from the Building & Safety Division.

5. Modification to this Conditional Use Permit shall require
reapplication and review by the Planning Commission.
6. All signs shall conform to the approved Uniform Sign Program for
this development and the City of Rancho Cucamonga Sign
Ordinance. Seperate sign permit application is required.
7. Failure to comply with the conditions of approval may result in
revocation of this Conditional Use Permit.
8. Parking conflicts that arise between the proposed market use and
permitted uses for this subarea may result in revocation of this
Conditional Use Permit.

regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
