A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 86-03B, THE CLURMAN COMPANY,
REQUESTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN FROM MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL (4-14 DU/AC) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL FOR
10.7 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
HIGHLAND AVENUE AND HAVEN AVENUE - APN 201-262-28, 30,
31, 36, 37, 40, 41, 43
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a duly advertised public
hearing to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment No.
86-03B.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission cannot make the
following findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga Planning
Commission does hereby recommend denial of General Plan Amendment No.86-03B.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1986.

I, Brad Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 24th day of September, 1986, by the following vote-to-wit:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: TOLSTOY, MCNIEL, BARKER, CHITIEA, STOUT
