FD 94-006 RESOUJI~ OF ~E BOARD OF DIR~CiX3RS OF ~}{E RAN(}K) 1994/95 M{~REAS, a special electio~ w~s held in the Mello-Roce C~ty Facilities District No. 85-1 (the O~unity Facilities District) of the Rancho O~amo~ga Fire Protectio~ District (furmerly Foothill Fire Protectic~ District, the District), el TUesday, m~h~r 10, 1985; and WHEREAS, as a result of the election, ~ than t~a~Jrb-i~ds (2/3) of the qualified electors voted in fa%~3r of a propositic~ to authorize the levy of a special tax fur fire suppressic~ services and facilities, to establish an appropriati~ limit and to annually adjust the special tax and ap~iaticr~ limit based upon changes in cost of livir~ and d3anges in population; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to establish the appropriati~ls limit for the C~m~unity Facilities District for the fiscal year 1994/95; NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho O~amcrr3a Fire Protection District does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: Section 1. A~propriations Limit. Approval of Electorate. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directad to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Board of Supervisors fur San Bern~ County and with the office of the Auditor-Controller fur the State of California.
